Moulishree Jha is an independent scholar based in New Delhi, India. She holds a Master’s degree in Modern South Asian Studies from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor’s in English from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi. Her research interests lie at the intersection of urban policy, spatial politics and the informal/formal categories that govern urban frameworks.
