Ms. Hazarika is a Doctoral Scholar in Political Science at the Centre for the Study of Social Inclusion, Panjab University, Chandigarh. She holds an M.Phil. in Public Administration, and her research interests span public policy, digital governance, foreign policy, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She is currently working as a research fellow for the government of Assam project in Chandigarh.
